The capital of Tatarstan is preparing to host the Kazan Digital Week International Forum, which will be held from October 29 to 31. Representatives from 53 countries have already been confirmed. This was stated at a briefing in TASS by President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan and Chairman of the Council of the Association for the Promotion of Digital Development Rifkat Minnikhanov.
According to Minnikhanov, the presence of international guests gives the forum special importance, facilitating the comparison of different digital transformation strategies, the exchange of advanced technologies and the establishment of partnerships for future joint projects. The organizers aim to saturate the international dialogue with practical content, for which there are special areas for business meetings and meeting rooms available during all three days of the event.
Deputy head of the Ministry of digital services Bella Cherkesova reminded that this forum will be the sixth in a row. She stressed that this is a key platform for the Ministry to establish a constructive dialogue between government agencies, regional representatives, the business community and the scientific world.
The scale of the event is steadily growing: if the first forum, held in a pandemic, gathered about nine thousand people, last year this number exceeded twenty-five thousand.
