KGC suspended the work of two shopping facilities in the Minsk region due to gross violations

For gross violations, the activities of shopping facilities in Dzerzhinsk and the agro-town of Shchomyslitsa were suspended. This was reported in the press service of the State Control Committee, writes sb.by.

Employees of KGC of Minsk region during monitoring of trade facilities selling non-food products revealed gross violations of the legislation. So, in one of the shops of Dzerzhinsk sold adult and children’s shoes (more than 60 pairs) without markings. In addition, there were no documents on children's shoes confirming the quality and safety of these products.

- Similar violations were established in a store in the agro-town of Shchomyslitsa, Minsk district. Here, men’s and women’s shoes were sold without identification tools, and sewing products, including children’s products, and toys were offered to customers without documents confirming their safety.

The activity of trading facilities is suspended until the violations are completely eliminated.

In the Minsk district, the KGC revealed an overestimation of the cost of materials during the repair of the sports facility by almost 800 thousand.
