The State Control Committee of the Mogilev region continued monitoring the course of harvesting and sowing winter crops. This was told to the sb.by correspondent by the leading state inspector of the Mogilev region KGC Sergey Matveev.

The slow pace of sowing is revealed. According to the Mogilev regional agricultural sales, at the beginning of October, the region was plowed under the winter 83% of the plan, and in the Belynichsky district - 65%, Chaussky - 70%, Bykhovsky - 74%, Glussky - 75%. At the same time, delaying plowing entails non-compliance with technical regulations in terms of ensuring a technological gap between plowing and sowing.
In the region at the time of the inspection, 60% of winter grain was sown – 147.7 thousand hectares. No district has been completed. The most difficult situation was observed in Chaussky, Glussky, Klimovichi, Belynichsky and Bykhovsky districts. Given the current pace, the work will take a long time to complete, so a significant part of the area will be planted after the deadlines.
The main reasons for delaying field work are the failure to ensure the required readiness of equipment and the lack of mechanics for working in the fields and repairing failed machines and assemblies.
For example, in JSC "Makeevichi" Klimovichi district on the mehdvor stood four of the seven energy-saturated tractors and trailer equipment - plows, cultivators and others. A similar situation was observed in OJSC Sovkhoz Kiselyevichi of Bobruisk district.
Due to the lack of personnel and energy-saturated tractors in a number of farms did not prepare the fields for sowing. Such a violation was revealed at one of the agricultural enterprises of the Osipovichi district, where winter grains were sown on poorly prepared soil after optimal terms. On poorly prepared soil, sowing was carried out in one of the farms of the Klimovichi district, which led to incomplete seeding. Winter barley was sown here on an unacceptable predecessor - wheat.
Also, in some cases, before sowing winter wheat, stones were not harvested.
Due to the lack of mineral fertilizers in some farms, winter sowing was carried out without their application.
Some agricultural organizations were not provided with conditioned seeds of winter grains under full demand - in the region the provision was 89%, while in Bykhovsky district - 56%, in Glussky - 60%, in Chaussky - 68%.
At the time of monitoring, some agricultural organizations of Belynichsky, Bykhovsky, Klimovichi districts have not yet started cleaning seeds with winter rye.
Several facts were revealed when equipment was idle due to lack of fuel.
A number of farms visited by inspectors violated the technological regulations when harvesting feed, including the timing of laying. In some cases, trenches and sites were not properly prepared, measuring instruments for determining the quality of the silo and accounting documentation were not available. In one farm due to frequent breakages of the forklift did not carry out high-quality sealing of the silo mass.
Sergey Matveev stressed that most of the revealed shortcomings of the agricultural enterprise were promptly corrected, the remaining identified shortcomings are now being eliminated. Monitoring continues. Overgrowth of channels, overgrowth of work. KGC revealed violations in land reclamation
