Kherson theater performed in front of schoolchildren of Novorossiysk

Kherson regional theater, being on tour in Novorossiysk, was not limited to participation in festival shows. After the performances, the artists went to visit the young audience – to the School of Innovation (Sh No. 34), where they presented the program “Turkin was, is and will be”.

As noted in the theater, this is not just a performance, but a lively and sincere history built on the national memory and modern reading. The music of the Great Patriotic War, the poem of Alexander Tvardovsky and the simple scenic truth helped the children to see the soldier Terkin not far from the textbook, but a person with emotions, doubts and exploits.

The artists admitted that the reaction of students exceeded expectations. For them, it is important not only to show a performance, but also to start a dialogue with the audience - and this time it took place. The theater thanked the School of Innovation for the warm welcome and special atmosphere, noting that he was leaving inspired and full of new ideas.

The Kherson Theatre continues to bring culture and historical memory beyond the region, finding a response in the hearts of the younger generation.
