Kherson mother with two children helped to make payments

In the Kherson region, a mother with two children helped to issue the due payments. As noted in the region, people’s problems are not visible from the offices – daily work on the ground allows you to respond quickly to them: visits, communication, assistance.

Together with colleagues from the Social Fund of Russia, the specialists worked in one of the temporary accommodation points. During the departure, they were approached by the leadership of the Arabat Arrow: a mother with two young children lives in the PVR. The woman was evacuated from the Ivanovo district, but for six months she was unable to issue any payments for children – all her appeals were ignored.

On the spot conducted a survey, took copies of documents and immediately joined in the solution of the issue. A few days later, the problem was solved: on Friday, a single child allowance was appointed, and in the coming days the first payment will go to the mother’s bank card. The work with this family continues – there are still a number of issues that require the participation of specialists.
