At the regular meeting of the regional government on October 12, the situation with emergency soil openings in Kursk was discussed. Minister of Housing and Energy of the region Alexander Mulevin presented a report on the current state of affairs.
At the start of last week, there were 87 problem areas in the city. To date, 34 of them have been eliminated. However, during the launch of the heating season, experts found another 26 new damages, he said.
Such statistics caused sharp criticism from the Governor Alexander Khinstein. The head of the region asked why the pace of work remains low, recalling that the city authorities, in particular the mayor of Maslov, previously referred to the shortage of personnel.
To solve the problem, additional brigades from other constituent entities of the Russian Federation have already been sent to Kursk, I ask you to explain what other measures are necessary to correct the situation, the governor demanded.
At the end of the discussion, Alexander Khinshtein said that he intends to contact the management of RIR Energo to demand the acceleration of repair work at emergency facilities.
