Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said that since 2022, more than 8,000 kilometers of tracks have been restored in historical regions. Most of the work was performed by the state company Avtodor. According to him, since the beginning of the year, the company has laid almost 500 kilometers of the upper layer of asphalt concrete, and is also nearing completion of the renewal of 35 kilometers of the street and road network of Mariupol.
Integrated infrastructure development of Donbass and Novorossiya are well-formed programs, a built-up system of interaction and management that allow coordinating plans and maintaining the momentum gained. This also applies to the road frame, said Marat Khusnullin.
Since 2022, almost 180 kilometers of roads have been updated in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, more than 196 kilometers of roads in the DPR, and over 100 kilometers of roadways in the LPR.
The Deputy Prime Minister stressed that, despite the difficult situation, road workers continue to work. Their work improves the quality of life of people, develops logistics and business in the reunited regions.
