Kirov drivers were sent on flights with food medical certificates

The reason for the unscheduled documentary check was the appeal of the citizen, who reported non-compliance with the rules of labor organization of drivers.

During the proceedings, the inspectors found out that 22 drivers were officially employed in the company, but the procedure for their medical examination was carried out with gross violations.

For part of the staff, the employer provided medical reports with an incorrect basis: instead of access to driving land vehicles, the documents indicated suitability to work with food products.

For other drivers, the certificate of mandatory medical examination on the driving profile was absent completely.

The supervisory authority recalled that the management of vehicles is directly related to the source of increased danger.

In accordance with Russian labor legislation and current orders of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, such employees are required to regularly undergo preliminary and periodic medical examinations.

Ignoring the established rules and allowing unprepared drivers to fly poses a direct threat to road safety and the lives of others.

As a result of verification measures, the management of Megatrak LLC was issued a mandatory order to eliminate all identified violations.
