Colorful, hospitable and musical: regional "Dazhynki" generously and on a grand scale are held in Shklov

The regional festival-fair of workers of the village "Dazhynki" today, October 10, welcomes Shklov land. On this day, the district center was transformed beyond recognition: blossomed, played with new colors and warmly opened its doors for thousands of participants and guests. The program includes honoring farmers, a parade of bread caravans, an exhibition of agricultural machinery, wide trade, soulful songs and large-scale festivities. The festive atmosphere lights up smiles and gives a great mood, the correspondent of sb.by reports.

From the very morning, the streets of Shklov are crowded: music is heard everywhere, lively conversations are heard, the appetizing aroma of freshly prepared food is spread. Already on the approach to the main festive site, the exhibition-fair “Mlyn Urajaya” unfolded: the farmsteads presented all districts of the region, as well as Mogilev and Bobruisk. Each exposition is not only a presentation of agro-industrial potential, but also of tourism, cultural and industrial brands.

As hosts of guests and participants, Shklov's farmstead, Larisa Shuldova, is the first to be met by her host, and she first visited Dozhinki 26 years ago, when Shklov hosted a republican festival:

- We were just starting this tradition, and it was very interesting. Years later, it’s nice to see that the scale of the holiday is only growing. Today, guests from other regions come to Shklov to share with our agrarians the joy of common success, to see what a rich country we have. Belarusians can do a great job, and then have a good rest.

The main feature of the Shklov site is a real exit oven. It was brought to the festival to show that our traditions have lived, live and will live forever. Rouge and fragrant pancakes are baked right in the fresh air - exactly as our grandmothers did, Larisa Shuldova shares:

- When you meet guests and people smile back, you get incredible pleasure. Shklovsky district is in the leaders of the harvest, we have collected an excellent harvest, and I am filled with real pride for our land and for my beloved Belarus! Today everyone is together, there is such beauty and joy around! The holiday gives a huge charge of cheerfulness and good mood!

Stay near one of the most popular locations, where the exhibition of modern agricultural machinery is located. Large and powerful machines, which together with farmers work in the fields and help them set new records, impress children and adults with their beauty. Near one of these units, we talk to a local resident Yuri Kudryavtsev, who came to the holiday with his 7-year-old son Dmitry:

- We are happy to watch the technique - the child is delighted, everything is very interesting for him. Independently walks through the exposition, asks questions to specialists: asks about the width of the sprayer’s bar grip, is interested in the type and number of wheels on cars. For example, he was surprised by agrodrones: he learned that the Dazhynki even presented a station for their service right in the field.

For the Shklov resident, the holiday turned out to be bright and impressive. Shklovsky district is traditionally the leader of the harvesting campaign in the Mogilev region, and this is especially pleasant, he stressed:

- I am proud of my land and countrymen who make a huge contribution to the development of agriculture. They are always in sight, their work is noticeable and honorable. And people need to see the progress that the country is making at this difficult time. They must understand and understand the value of work, so such activities are extremely important and necessary. Many thanks to the organizers: behind this beauty stands their colossal work.

The participants of the holiday tasted the national cuisine with pleasure, participated in master classes of artisans, played Belarusian folk games, bought souvenirs and enjoyed the performances of creative teams. The presentation of the Krasnopolsky district is based on unique gastronomic brands, said Natalia Andreenko, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee for Social Affairs:

- For our famous craft cheeses traditionally line up huge queues, also present natural honey from a hereditary beekeeper. The real opening of the season was the products of a new for the area of the enterprise "Rybkhoz Paluzh". Today, the farm presents fresh fish and trout, and everyone can taste the novelty of the Belarusian market. The decoration of the compound was a festive loaf. Dazhynki is a great opportunity for the district to demonstrate its achievements and attract tourists.

Deliciously and hearty fed festive trade, which is located in the epicenter of folk festivals. At the holiday in Shklov, the length of the shopping rows was 1.6 kilometers, and the number of seats on food courts was 1.3 thousand. Aromas of fresh pastries, kebab and traditional Belarusian dishes - each trading platform offered the widest and most diverse range. And people appreciated such culinary hospitality.

Among the shopping arcades we meet the young family of Artem and Sofia Sobolev from Shklov, who brought to the holiday daughters-weather – 3-year-old Arina and 4-year-old Polina. Could not miss such an event - bright, crowded and musical, they smile:

- As a man, I especially liked the exhibition of modern technology, and my wife looks at the stands with jewelry and culinary products. In general, our mood is positive and joyful! The holiday will pass, but will leave not only memories: before Dazhynkami there were many updates - the city has become even more beautiful and cozy. Especially pleased with the new playgrounds in the city park - for our daughters this is a big plus.

Local residents Sergey and Maria Trifonov have long been retired, but try not to miss such important events in the region and region:

- The main thing at such holidays is the opportunity to meet and communicate with people, especially at our age. Our district is growing, renewing and getting richer every year. Preparations for the Dazhynki changed the city very much: the streets were updated, roads and social institutions were repaired. And this is wonderful, because it is necessary to create conditions for attracting young people, and young people – to work hard and invest as much as possible in the development of a small homeland.
