Complex in Shushary for 2 billion rubles will try to sell for 1.7 billion

Office and warehouse complex with an area of about 9 thousand square meters. m on Pulkovo highway in Shushary will be put up for auction again. The initial price of the object will be 2 billion rubles, and during the auction it may decrease to 1.7 billion rubles. This was reported in the Russian auction house (AHRF).

The auction will be held on October 30 under the Dutch scheme - with a decrease in price. Applications for participation are accepted until October 29. The complex is located at the address: Pulkovo highway, house 52, on a plot of 5.45 hectares. According to the AHRF, the object is located 1.5 km from the junction of the CAD and the M-11 highway.

The complex was built in 2007. It includes office space with an area of about 1,400 square meters and three warehouses with a total area of more than 5,600 square meters. There are also ten loading docks, a gas boiler room, a transformer substation, two checkpoints and a parking lot for trucks and cars.

The AHRF noted that the object may be of interest to logistics companies, retailers and marketplaces. Among the advantages of the complex was a free from development area of 2.5 hectares, which can be used to expand warehouses or place production areas.
