The end of September in the Novosibirsk region will be marked by serious weather changes

In the Novosibirsk region for the next seven days, from 20 to 27 September 2026, forecasters predict mainly cloudy weather with moderate temperature background and slight differences. The warmest days will be Wednesday and Thursday, when the air can warm up to sixteen degrees. Closer to the end of the week, a noticeable decrease in temperature is expected. The likelihood of precipitation remains small, except on Thursday, when short-term rainfall is possible.

In the Siberian region, a gradual transition to the autumn climate regime will begin in the last third of September. Weather officials have already warned local residents that the warm season will soon end, and the amount of precipitation will increase. In addition, at night at the end of the month, the appearance of the first frosts with the fixation of negative values on thermometers is not excluded.

In the last days of September, daytime temperatures will cease to exceed plus nine degrees, and in some nights thermometers can drop to plus one degree. This situation will be complicated by the prevalence of cloudy weather and prolonged rains, which will be a harbinger of more significant cooling in the middle and end of next month. In that period, night temperatures will already steadily move to the minus zone, reaching three degrees below zero.
