Deputy Prime Minister of Buryatia Yevgeny Korkin spoke about the course of the heating season and fuel reserves in the warehouses of resource-supplying organizations. According to him, the warmth came to all parts of the country. The connection of consumers began on September 1 and ended on September 22 in the Selenga district.
In general, as the deputy chairman noted, there is a decrease in accidents in the republic. For the period from September 1 to October 8, 21 technological violations were recorded - 15 incidents and 6 accidents. For comparison, last year there were 33 violations – 25 incidents and 8 accidents. The main burden traditionally fell on Ulan-Ude - there were 13 violations.
In the warehouses of heat supply organizations, according to Korkin, there are 98.8 thousand tons of coal and 7.5 thousand tons of fuel oil. Taking into account fuel in transit, coal reserves are 81% of the standard, fuel oil is 160.9%. The norm of 45 days was formed in 10 municipalities, including Ulan-Ude and Severobaikalsk. The rest of the districts, as the deputy chairman stressed, are tightening up.
From October 5 to November 13, the Trans-Baikal Department of Rostekhnadzor for the Republic of Buryatia began checking the readiness of areas for the winter season of 2026-2027. The heads of districts were instructed to pay special attention to the work of the Rostekhnadzor commission and ensure the receipt of readiness passports. As Yevgeny Korkin noted, this is the final and most important stage before wintering.
