Boiler ICP "Communservice" in the Mezhevsky district should receive a sparker

In the Mezhevsky municipal district, the court put an end to the dispute between the prosecutor's office and the local municipal enterprise. The subject of the proceedings was the boiler house of the MCP "Communservice", which worked without a mandatory sparker on the smokestack.

The absence of this simple device created a fire risk for residential buildings and an educational institution located in the immediate vicinity of the boiler room. Since the director of Kommunservis did not respond to the order of the prosecutor's office and did not eliminate the violation voluntarily, the case went to court.

The court ordered the company to necessarily install the spark agent.
