“Krasnoyarsk Pillars” extended the closure: visitors will not be allowed until November 10

Initially, the restrictions were going to be lifted on October 15, but due to the increased activity of bears, the ban was decided to be extended.

Predators are still recorded in the recreational zone of the national park, as well as near garden associations, suburban areas, residential buildings and tourist facilities that border the protected area.

The ban applies to all entrances to the national park, including the Laletino cordon on the Central entrance, the Granite quarry on the East, as well as ecotropes and observation decks from the Beaver Log fan park. We ask you to treat the measures introduced with understanding and not to violate the established rules, said Ivan Kirillov, deputy director of the national park.

State inspectors monitor the situation on a daily basis. If the presence of bears in the recreational area ceases to be fixed and specialists are convinced of the safety of visitors, the national park can be opened before the specified deadline.
