The Dazhynak tradition is a way for the whole country to once again thank our workers for bread. This was stated during the solemn ceremony of honoring farmers by the Head of the Presidential Administration Dmitry Krutoy, reports sb.by.

Separately, Dmitry Krutoy stopped at Shklovsky district and Shklov itself, which today hosts the holiday. He noted that on behalf of the President, the district is made exemplary. The residents of Shklov, preparing for the holiday, transformed their city with the help of regional and republican organizations.

Work to strengthen the Shklov district will continue. As Dmitry Krutoy noted, literally every enterprise today is covered by the investment program, but the appearance of the city is also important

- And this work will continue, it will not end only with a festival. The area absolutely deserves it.

Dmitry Krutoy shared an observation: on one of the farmsteads, where bread was shown, he heard the phrase “bread came to the table.” It has a profound meaning.

- Recently, the President said that citizens no longer appreciate the work of villagers. The head of state very subtly feels the mood, the thoughts of our people, our society. Many people forget where the bread comes from. They think it's a given. And many simply do not know at all, because 80 percent of Belarusians today live in cities, although many recently were villagers themselves, Krutoy said. Hence the President’s phrase: We lose the country, we lose the country. Hence the main message of this five-year plan about strong regions. Hence the program "One district - one project".

The head of the Presidential Administration stressed that over the years, Dazhynak has achieved a colossal result. Today we live in a peaceful, quiet, cozy, calm, comfortable, independent and peaceful country. And the contribution of farmers to this result is also huge.

- Therefore, today Dazhynki is a way for the whole country to once again thank our workers for this bread, said Dmitry Krutoy. - Pull it, get it done. That's what our farmers are famous for. They don't throw anything halfway. And we know for sure that bread didn't come to us for nothing, by itself. We deserve it, and we deserve it with your hands, your work. I sincerely wish you and your families great health, prosperity, joy, a good holiday.

After that, an award ceremony was held on the stage. In addition to awards and warm words, the President’s Gratitude with the presentation of the certificate for tractor 1221.3 was announced to the staff of the KSUE “Niva-Barsuki” of the Kirov district. Its director Ivan Rynak noted that this is the result of the work of each person at the enterprise:

- And the gift will be a significant addition to our equipment and will contribute to the production of crops, will facilitate the work of our mechanics. Thank you to our people – it is their merit and work. And I want to wish our team that we continue to work conscientiously and get good results. We will work and give bread to our country.
