Many violations in the overhaul of houses in Simferopol can be avoided if the management organizations faithfully perform their duties. On the air of the TV channel “Crimea 24” said the assistant prosecutor of the Kiev district of Simferopol Maxim Koptsev.

According to him, the management company is a professional subject and operates under license. If the specialists went to the place and carefully checked everything, there would be no violations.

Maxim Koptsev explained that specialists have the right to request design and estimate documentation from the contractor. This helps to identify non-compliance with standards or poor performance of work before the signing of acts.

Then at the acceptance stage, you can either reasonably refuse work with comments, or accept them, being confident in quality.
