Crimean woman sent to forced labor for alimony debt
The court of Krasnogvardeysky district found the local resident guilty of non-payment of alimony for the son of 2021 birth

The court of the Krasnogvardeysky district found the local resident guilty of non-payment of alimony for his son born in 2021. This was reported in the press service of the Prosecutor’s office of Crimea.
The court found that by the decision of the court, the woman was obliged to pay alimony for her son born in 2021. However, it has systematically evaded this responsibility. For the period from September 2025 to April 2026, the debt exceeded 50 thousand rubles.
Given the position of the public prosecutor, the court found the woman guilty. She was sentenced to six months of forced labor withholding 10% of her salary to the state.
Recall that in March 2026, a local resident was sentenced to six months in a colony-settlement for non-payment of alimony for her daughter – the amount of debt amounted to 329,000 rubles. The woman continued to evade even after arresting bills and restricting travel abroad.
In April 2026, a resident of the district repaid 136 thousand rubles of debt only after initiating a criminal case under Article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Bailiffs arrested his accounts and restricted his travel, but this did not work; he transferred the money after a preventive conversation.
In October 2026, the spouses from the village of Krasnogvardeyskoye were punished with compulsory work for the debt on alimony for two sons. The total amount of debt of parents reached 473 thousand rubles.
