Anastasia Kalutskaya presented the Kursk region at the final concert of the XXIII International Festival “Moscow Meets Friends” from the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation. The concert took place on October 10 in the theater “Workshop of Peter Fomenko”.
Anastasia studies at the Children's Art School No. 1 named after G. V. Sviridov and chose a rare instrument - an oboe. On the festival stage, she performed in the company of young musicians, vocalists, dancers and artists from different parts of Russia and abroad. The Vladimir Spivakov Foundation presented the girl with its own oboe - now it will be easier for her to hone her performing skills.
Deputy Governor of the Kursk region Galina Avdonina presented Anastasia with the gratitude of the regional Ministry of Culture. She conveyed the words of gratitude on behalf of the Governor to all who gave this holiday of culture and mercy, and stressed that it is a great pride for the Kursk region to see their children on such a stage, to know that they are taken care of, help to reveal talents and support on the creative path. Separately, she thanked Anastasia, who with her skill glorifies the Kursk land, and expressed confidence that this performance and recognition will be the beginning of a great creative path for the girl.
The festival “Moscow Meets Friends” has been bringing gifted children together for many years and giving them the support of the professional community. The final concert was dedicated to the memory of Ekaterina Romanovna Shirman, who headed the Vladimir Spivakov Foundation since 1994.
