Kuryans can confirm benefits through a QR code in the messenger “Max”

Pensioners, people with disabilities and large families of the Kursk region no longer need to carry paper IDs. They will be replaced by a digital document in the Max messenger.

To get it, you first need to issue a preferential certificate on public services. This will require a confirmed account. Pensioners apply in the section "Work and pension", citizens with disabilities - in the "Benefits and benefits", large families - in the "Family and children". It is necessary to give consent to the Social Fund of Russia to form a document.

Then download the Max application and create a Digital ID. After confirming the identity, the application will download the QR code of the benefits from the portal of public services.

The document gives discounts in shops and pharmacies, preferential travel, free visits to museums and exhibitions, as well as the opportunity to arrange social services online. The QR code shows only preferential status - personal data is hidden. The service operates across the country.
