Leonid Zayats: farmers of Mogilev region provided a clear conveyor for harvesting grain crops

All employees of the agro-industrial complex: drivers, operators of KZS, agronomists, engineers-managers, state authorities of the Mogilev region provided a clear conveyor for harvesting grain crops. This opinion was expressed by the Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Council of the Republic on regional policy and local self-government, authorized representative of the Head of State in the Mogilev region Leonid Zayats at Dazhynki in Shklov, reports sb.by.

Leonid Zayats warmly thanked the farmers for their work and shared that he was happy to accept the invitation to come to the holiday:

- I would like to congratulate you on the successful completion of the harvesting of grain crops and rapeseed, thank you for your dedicated work. For the result that you have made in the common loaf of our state. You have once again confirmed your highly professional skills, achieved significant and significant results. Thank you to harvesters, drivers, operators of KZS, agronomists, engineers-managers, public authorities who united and provided a very clear conveyor for harvesting grain crops.

According to Leonid Zaits, the agricultural sector of the Mogilev region is developing dynamically. More milk, more meat, more revenue. The region has a food supply that is successfully sold outside the country. But that wasn't always the case, he recalled

- Those sitting here remember well those times when our country was very difficult. When in the first year of the birth of sovereignty, which is 1994, we were left almost without bread. The agricultural complex has threshed a little more than 5 million tons with a yield of 23.2 centners per hectare. It was very difficult to experience public livestock, people experienced. We didn’t have enough bread, food, we were just in poverty. Thanks to the fact that people did not make a mistake in their choice and elected the first President of our country, thanks to his will, strength and spirit, we were able to ensure the saturation of the domestic market with everything necessary in a short period of time. We successfully sell our products outside the country. This became possible thanks to the support of the President and hard work of the Belarusian people. Let this always be the case in Belarus.
