Forest Park “Novo-Orlovsky” will receive a new project for 26.7 million rubles

For the forest park "Novo-Orlovsky" will prepare a new planning project for 26.7 million rubles. This follows from the documents published on the public procurement portal.

The Committee on Industrial Policy, Innovations and Trade of St. Petersburg announced the purchase for the implementation of works on the preparation of changes to the planning project with the project of surveying the territory of the Novo-Orlovsky forest park. The works will affect the territory of the Novoorlovskaya production zone in the Primorsky district.

The contractor will have to identify elements of the planning structure, determine the boundaries of common areas, as well as zones for future capital facilities. It should establish the characteristics and order of development of the territory, as well as determine the location of new and modified land.

The process is divided into two stages: first, engineering surveys are carried out and a planning project is developed. It takes five months. Then, during the year, documentation is coordinated, comments are eliminated, public hearings are held and the final version of the draft is transmitted.
