As part of the programs to stimulate the creation of places of employment (MPT) and the program of integrated development of territories (CRT) in the north of the capital, the business complex "LAVIN" is being built. Proximity to the metro, IDC and major highways will provide employees with fast communication with different areas of the capital. Details were voiced by Moscow Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry Maxim Liksutov and Moscow Government Minister, Head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department Anatoly Garbuzov.
Liksutov noted that on behalf of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the city is implementing the MPT program, which forms modern business spaces in areas with high transport accessibility.
The new office complex will be one of such facilities: the road to the nearest metro station will take about 10 minutes on foot, and convenient exits to the main city highways will allow you to quickly reach the key infrastructure centers of the capital.
Favorable location and developed transport infrastructure will make the complex a convenient platform for companies of different industries and a comfortable place of work for employees.
“Modern business spaces are emerging in the capital, which can become points of attraction for business and qualified specialists. One of the brightest projects is being implemented on the territory of the former Degunino-Likhobory industrial zone, where the largest business complex under the MPT program in the Northern Administrative District is being built, Garbuzov said.
