Lipchanka sued more than 400 thousand rubles from the caterer for a spoiled wedding

In the Lipetsk region, the court ordered the entrepreneur to pay more than 400 thousand rubles to the bride, whose wedding banquet was completely disrupted because of the disgusting service. About the details of the civil case reports the publication “Ridus”.

Under the agreement, the catererer undertook to feed 47 guests for 130 thousand rubles, promising snacks, hot, tea area and the work of three waiters. On the day of the celebration, only other people's tartlets, water and grapes appeared on the tables instead of the menu. Snacks at the beginning of the banquet was not served, hot enough not for everyone, and the tea table never appeared. The products purchased by the bride deteriorated, and the delay of the feast reduced the performance of the presenter by an hour.

After peacefully returning the money failed, the girl went to court. The judge ordered the defendant to return 110.7 thousand rubles for not rendered service, to pay a similar amount of penalty, 25.1 thousand losses, 20 thousand for moral damage, 133.3 thousand rubles fine and 46 thousand rubles court costs.
