Lipetsk unions can get their application

Participants of the Future of Trade Unions educational program presented initiatives that can be implemented in the region. Among them is a mobile application for residents of the region, where you can join a trade union online, seek legal advice and get support.

Another idea is to organize rest rooms for teachers and medical workers. Such spaces will help to switch and recuperate, as well as provide an opportunity to communicate with representatives of trade unions and ask for help.

The completion of the training was announced by the Governor of the Lipetsk region Igor Artamonov. He congratulated the graduates of the program and presented them with certificates. According to the head of the region, the participants prepared projects that can already be applied in practice.

The Future of Trade Unions is part of the Personnel Reserve Academy, a system for developing leadership skills and preparing initiative specialists to participate in the management of the region. The Academy has 24 industry projects covering various fields of activity.
