Lipetsk debtors for overhaul in October will send pre-trial claims

The Fund of capital repairs of the Lipetsk region in October will send homeowners 6.6 thousand debt notices. As reported in the regional Ministry of housing and communal services, claims will receive those whose debt is 10 thousand rubles or more.

The notice provides an opportunity to repay the debt before the case is referred to the court, so residents can avoid the proceedings and the associated additional costs. Those who have arrears for one reason or another are offered to issue installments for up to one year.
