Lipetsk teenager will be tried for attempted terrorist attack

In Lipetsk, a teenager who was preparing a terrorist attack on the instructions of radical curators will appear in court. The completion of the investigation of the criminal case was reported in the SU IC of Russia in the Lipetsk region.

Investigators found out that in March, the young man through the messenger joined the group banned in Russia terrorist organization. In correspondence with the coordinator, he volunteered to stage an attack in Lipetsk. In preparation for the crime, the guy studied extremist materials, bought disguises and a weapon for attack.

The plans were foiled by employees of the Investigative Committee and the regional FSB. According to the court decision, the accused was sent to the pre-trial detention center, the case materials were transferred to the prosecutor's office for approval of the accusation.
