A resident of Penza complained about the state of the sidewalk on Krasnaya Street, on the site from the local history museum to the Victory shopping center, on the page of the governor Oleg Melnichenko in the social network. Addressing a “capsule” with a large number of exclamation points is not just an attempt to distinguish his appeal from other comments on the page of the head of the region, but also, perhaps, a cry of the author’s soul, who is trying to draw attention to the problem. According to him, the path is buried in fallen foliage and debris, and overgrown branches prevent pedestrians from freely passing.
In an emotional message, the Penza resident was outraged that the pavement, according to him, regularly remains without cleaning. He fears that with the arrival of rains, the leaves will mix with the mud and walk on the path will become even more difficult. In addition, he claims that in the winter on this site does not remove snow.
Separate dissatisfaction of the citizen caused overgrown vegetation. According to him, branches of trees and shrubs occupy a significant part of the sidewalk, which makes it difficult for two pedestrians to miss. The man also drew attention to the overgrown fence and offered to prune the bushes, remove foliage and debris.
Penzenets also compared the condition of this site with the territory near the nearby dental clinic, noting that there, according to his observations, cleanliness is maintained regularly. He urged to pay attention to the problematic segment of the street and change the situation.
Such an emotional complaint shows that residents are tired of putting up with undeveloped sidewalks, they care about the good condition of the pedestrian paths: the ability to safely pass without making your way through the foliage, debris and overhanging branches.
