President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during a working trip to the Minsk region on October 12 commented on the protests of schoolchildren in France and the harsh actions of the security forces, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
According to BelTA, Alexander Lukashenko said that he was not happy with what was happening in France.
- It’s the same as what we had in 2020. Politicians use children for political purposes. What good is that? Of course, Macron is tough on these things. The only thing that can be reproached for them is that we have it for them, and it is bad for them. You know, double standards, the Belarusian leader said.
It is unacceptable to use children for political purposes.
- Well, he's 12, 15 years old. Why are you unhappy? You haven't started yet. It is clear that politicians are being used for their own purposes. French elections in March. I think something will calm down. But there is no need to be particularly happy about it. Only, of course, they need to point the finger: guys, what were they happy when these children were used.
