President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko expressed deep condolences to the relatives and friends of the People's Artist of the RSFSR Lidia Fedoseyeva-Shukshina, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports with reference to the press service of the Head of State.

The condolences state that a talented actress died, whose many years of service to the arts earned the deep respect of colleagues and the immense love of the audience. The bright female images created by her will forever remain the standard of sincerity, spiritual strength and true folk beauty.

The President stressed that Belarus knew and highly appreciated the work of the People’s Artist of the RSFSR, and the bright memory of her will always live in the hearts of people.

Earlier, on November 7, the death of 88-year-old L. Fedoseyeva-Shukshina was reported by her daughter Maria Shukshina in her Telegram channel.
