Magnetic storms October 13: weather forecasters assessed the risks for weather-dependent
On Tuesday, October 13, the geomagnetic environment is assessed as moderately excited, but mostly stable

Throughout the day in the capital of Siberia, the maximum geomagnetic index fluctuates within 3-4 points (Kp 3). Small periods of perturbation of the magnetosphere are possible in the morning and in the evening, with the peak of increased activity closer to 19:00 local time. However, these indicators remain within the so-called “green zone” and are classified by scientists at the Solar Astronomy Laboratory as minor fluctuations that do not develop into a geomagnetic storm.
Against the background of recent strong flares on the Sun, even with small fluctuations in the field, meteorologically dependent people may experience mild fatigue, drowsiness or small jumps in blood pressure. During such periods, you should abandon excessive physical exertion, drink more clean water and minimize stressful situations. Changing the dosage of prescribed medications yourself is not recommended.
