Maxim Kosenkov held a personal reception of citizens

The head of the Tambov city administration Maxim Kosenkov held another personal reception of citizens. During the meeting with residents of the regional center, both private household issues and problems requiring a systematic approach were considered.

One of the applicants was a resident of Astrakhanskaya Street Nina Mikhailovna. She appealed to the head of the city with a request to assist in forcing the management company to restore order in the entrance to the apartment building, as well as to remove emergency trees growing near the building.

Another concern was to improve housing conditions. The applicants asked to consider the possibility of swapping the occupied municipal apartment for another living space, since the current housing was found unfit for living.

Elena Andropova, Chairman of the Tambov Regional Public Organization “Russian Society of Disabled Persons”, appealed for assistance in resolving a legal dispute related to the use of municipal property.

Yevgeny Nikolaevich, a resident of Nikiforovskaya Street, raised the issue of taking into municipal ownership a cable line that provides electricity to the house. Maxim Kosenkov noted that he has known the applicant for a long time: two decades ago, Evgeny Nikolaevich represented the interests of equity holders and actively participated in the completion of the problem house.

In addition, as part of the reception, a discussion was held with the owners of non-residential premises in the house No. 26 on Communal Street. The meeting participants considered possible options for the restoration of the cultural heritage site.

On all the issues voiced, the head of administration gave relevant instructions to the relevant units.
