According to the published document, signs of violation were detected during security monitoring based on data from September 22. Emergency work was carried out at the house No. 10 on the 1st alley SNT "Toriki". The notification of the liquidation of the accident was registered on September 9, and its validity expired on September 13. However, the restoration of the roadside was not agreed.
The GATA pointed to signs of an administrative offense under paragraph 2 of article 14 of the law of St. Petersburg “On administrative offenses in St. Petersburg”. The inspection warned the company about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory requirements in the field of improvement.
General Director of LLC "Petersburggaz" is Konstantin Lobko. At the moment, the company acts as a defendant in 8 arbitration cases for a total of 11 million rubles.
