MarSU opens a new set for free courses of the project “School of housing”
Do you want to know more about the housing sector? Mari State University opens a set for free courses of the federal project of United Russia "School of housing and communal services".

The program has been implemented by MarSU since 2014. This project is designed to help citizens understand the complex issues of managing apartment buildings, learn how to effectively interact with management companies and protect their rights. Within two months, residents will learn how to properly organize the work of house committees, monitor the quality of services provided and make decisions on the maintenance of common property, how to create a territorial public self-government (TOS). The course will help active citizens to unite to solve local issues, improve improvement and improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods.
Students will learn how to competently build a dialogue with organizations providing utilities, and monitor the fulfillment of their obligations, receive practical advice on improving living conditions in their homes, including energy saving, landscaping and the introduction of modern technologies. The program includes training in the basics of housing legislation, which will allow participants to effectively defend their interests in controversial situations.
The Housing and Utilities School offers Yoshkar-Ola residents access to relevant knowledge first-hand. Classes are conducted by experts in the field of housing and communal services, lawyers, representatives of management companies and public figures. At the end of the training, students will be issued a document confirming the completion of the courses. But most importantly, they will have relevant knowledge that will significantly improve living in an apartment building!
