Antonina Petrovna, the mother of music critic and journalist Sergei Sosedov, has confirmed that her son was the victim of an accident. According to her, at the hotel, he stumbled on the stairs, fell and suffered a head injury. “They called an ambulance. Sergey Neighbours was born on May 23, 1968 in Moscow. As a schoolboy, he began to collaborate with the railway newspaper “Gudok”, and in 1989 his first material was published there – an interview with Edita Pieha. Later, in 1994-1996, he worked as a freelance correspondent for Russian Vesti. In 1996, Neighbours with honors completed training at the newspaper and magazine department of the Journalist of Moscow State University.

Neighbours are also remembered by the audience as a music critic and participant in various TV projects. Sergey Neighbours passed away at the age of 58. The tragedy occurred during his tour to Neryungri, located in Yakutia. The cause of death was an accident – a fall from the stairs.
