Natalia Schneider, deputy chief physician of the institution, said: The main goal is to significantly improve the quality of life of people who have faced a diagnosis. The project aims to create a fundamentally new medical environment. For patients, these will be very comfortable conditions of stay, and for medical personnel – optimal ergonomic workplaces.”.

The new building will bring together all surgical and therapeutic services in one building. Its heart will be an intelligent smart operating room, which has no analogues in terms of digitalization in the Gomel region. Our oncologists will be able to expand the range of high-tech and complex, organ-preserving surgical interventions. We plan to increase the number of operations from 9400 to 10,500 per year. The number of treated patients will grow from 18,200 to 19,200 per year, explains Natalia Schneider. To date, the builders have built six floors, work is underway on the device of the seventh. On the first floor there will be a reception department and a histological laboratory, from the second to the fifth - wards for 160 beds, the sixth floor is reserved for intensive care, on the seventh there will be a surgical unit. Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee Anatoly Isachenko is confident: If the President decides to enlarge and expand the borders of the Dribinsky district, it is planned to allocate part of the money in the budget to improve transport links, roads, construction of facilities, infrastructure development, construction of livestock complexes. I am sure that such a decision will give a new impetus to the development of the Dribinsky district.”.

Chairman of the Dribinsky District Executive Committee Dmitry Chigir noted: “The most important thing is that the district will remain, which relieved social tensions.
