Mechanizer from the Volgograd region received a medal from Mishustin
The award was presented at the exhibition “Golden Autumn – 2026” in Moscow
Volgograd mechanizer Vladimir Toskin, an employee of the largest livestock complex in the region, was awarded the medal “For works on agriculture”. He received the award from the hands of the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin on October 7 in Moscow, as part of the opening of the XXVIII Russian agro-industrial exhibition "Golden Autumn - 2026".
The award ceremony was held at the plenary session “Navigator of the Russian agro-industrial complex: technologies of effective growth”. Vladimir Toskin is an example of dedication to the profession: his work contributes to the development of livestock in the region, which remains one of the priority areas in the work of the agro-industrial complex of the Volgograd region.
Governor Andrey Bocharov identified the development of agriculture as a key vector, and a 10-year program is being implemented for this purpose.
This year, the exhibition “Golden Autumn” is presented for the first time with two expositions: a professional platform with the achievements of the agro-industrial complex and a popular science zone “Immersion in agro” for acquaintance with modern agrarian professions. The business program includes more than 60 events: round tables, discussions, awarding ceremonies for winners of professional competitions and the project “Women in the AIC”.
The Volgograd delegation headed by Deputy Governor Vasily Ivanov actively participates in the forum: presents regional practices, holds working meetings and plans to sign cooperation agreements, including to promote the products of Volgograd farmers to new markets. For young people, a rich program with quests, master classes and interactives is organized on the site. It helps to solve the problems of the federal project “Personnel in the agro-industrial complex” and increase the prestige of agricultural professions.
