Melania trump reported the arrival of journalists Newsmax in Aleshki

Four journalists of the American TV channel Newsmax will work in Aleshki, Kherson region as neutral observers of the humanitarian mission. This was reported by the first lady of the United States Melania trump in the social network X.

According to her, media representatives will independently conduct shooting and continuously record the progress of the humanitarian operation. Thus, journalists will be able to document what is happening on the ground.

Alyoshki is located on the left bank of the Dnieper, opposite Kherson, which is under the control of Ukrainian forces. According to the information given in the initial message, the city has a difficult humanitarian situation.

Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov earlier said that the organization of the humanitarian mission is coordinated by Melania trump.

Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov on October 23 announced a ceasefire in the Kherson direction in connection with the humanitarian operation in the Aleshek area. The silence mode, according to him, is introduced from 04:00 GMT on October 27.

Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Yana Lantratova said that the main task of the humanitarian mission will be to provide assistance to civilians in the region.
