A microdistrict with a kindergarten is planned to be built in the Moscow district of Nizhny

In Nizhny Novgorod published a draft decision on the integrated development of the territory (KRT) in the Moscow district. Under the development will allocate a plot of 9.23 hectares. This is reported by the press service of the regional government.

We are talking about the territory limited by Berezovskaya Street, Heroes Avenue and Moscow Highway. It is planned to build modern apartment buildings and a kindergarten for 120 places. The preschool will be built at the expense of the investor. In addition, the investor will reconstruct the boiler room and connect new buildings to the power grid.

558 people will be able to improve their living conditions. A meeting will be held with homeowners soon. It will discuss the inclusion of apartment buildings within the borders of the KRT in the decision on the integrated development of the territory.
