The start of the selection was announced following the results of the first meeting of the organizing committee, which is engaged in the preparation of the All-Russian municipal forum "Small Motherland - the Power of Russia" and the award. The chairman of the organizing committee was First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Russia Sergey Kiriyenko.
The award allows you to receive recognition at the federal level for projects and management decisions that improve people’s lives, said Governor Milyaev. It also helps spread good practices to other regions of the country. The number of re-applicants is growing.
Tula region has already presented projects that were highly appreciated at the national level. Milyaev urged those who work for the benefit of their territories to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in the selection process.
Heads of municipalities, deputies, municipal employees, representatives of territorial public self-government, village elders and other active participants of local self-government can apply for the award.
The winners of the award will be announced in April 2027 at the All-Russian Municipal Forum “Small Motherland – Power of Russia”. The organizer is the All-Russian Association for the Development of Local Self-Government with the support of the Presidential Administration of Russia.
