In the evening, a 62-year-old Minsk woman on a bench near the clinic on the street. Serova, due to her own inattention, left a wallet containing 110 BYN. She found the property missing the next day and immediately filed a complaint with the police.
Employees quickly established the identity of an unclean man who took someone else’s wallet from the bench. A criminal case was opened against the citizen. He fully admitted guilt in the incriminated crime, repented of what he had done, and returned the abducted one.
- The accused is married, works as a locksmith at one of the state-owned enterprises, previously had problems with the law, said Tatyana Maksimenko, senior assistant prosecutor of the Oktyabrsky district. The court found him guilty of secret theft of property (theft), and on the basis of Part 1 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code imposed a fine of 30 basic units (1 350 BYN).
