The court found him guilty of unlawful acquisition and possession of psychotropic substances without the purpose of marketing and on the basis of Part 1 of Art. 328 of the Criminal Code imposed a punishment of 2 years 6 months of restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional institution. On the basis of Part 1 of Art. 46-1 of the Criminal Code, the mobile phone of the accused was confiscated into the state income.
