Mingrad approved the development project at the Nizhny Novgorod fair on 7.5 hectares

The Ministry of Urban Development of the Nizhny Novgorod region approved the project of planning the territory for the construction of hotels and a congress hall at the Fair. The corresponding order is published on the website of the department.

We are talking about a plot of 7.5 hectares within the boundaries of the streets of the Soviet, Sovnarkomov and Ok embankments in the Kanavinsky district. Vozrozhdenie LLC plans to build a 12-storey hotel complex with 288 rooms with underground parking for 48 cars here. In addition, the company will build a hotel complex with a congress hall with a height of 4-9 floors: it provides 187 rooms and underground parking for 47 cars. The organization is also reconstructing the Ermolaev Hotel, where 73 rooms are equipped.

All work is planned to be done in one stage.
