Mini-tractor and gratitude: FPB honors farmers with many years of experience at Dazhynka-2026

In Shklov on regional "Dazhynka-2026" The Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus honors farmers with many years of experience in harvesting campaigns. The mini-tractor for dedication to the profession and contribution to the development of the trade union movement was received by Alexander Vyrvich, tractor driver of Kruglyanskaya Spark OJSC. Five more employees of agricultural organizations of the region were marked by trade union gratitude, writes sb.by.

Yuriy Senko, Chairman of the FPB, stressed that these people have not only worked conscientiously on the land for decades, but also actively participate in trade union life: they monitor compliance with labor protection requirements, help colleagues and pass on experience to young specialists.

- Each of these workers has students, relatives who continue their work. Our hero, who received a mini tractor as a gift, has an economist daughter, but constantly works with his father as an assistant combine harvester. This is expensive, said Yuri Senko.

Honoring farmers at Dazhynka is held as part of the trade union campaign “Trade unions thank farmers for bread”. For the harvesting campaign of 2026, the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus and trade unions awarded more than 12,000 employees of agricultural organizations.
