The Minsk City Executive Committee and the Moscow Government approved a roadmap for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of digitalization.

The Minsk City Executive Committee and the Moscow Government have approved a roadmap for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding in the field of digitalization of urban management for 2027-2029, a correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
The document was signed by First Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Alexander Komendant and Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Information Technologies of the City of Moscow Eduard Lysenko. The signing took place within the framework of the II Global Digital Forum, which was held in Moscow on October 8-10.
Minsk and Moscow will exchange experience in the field of digitalization of urban management. The parties will discuss the creation of a portal of public services and the use of artificial intelligence in the work of the city-wide contact center.
On the example of the Digital Double of Moscow project, Minsk and Moscow will consider the creation of digital master planning platforms.
The parties will also hold a meeting to exchange experience in the development of urban public transport, road traffic and passenger transportation, including the introduction of automation systems for passenger transport management and fare payment.
Another meeting will be devoted to the organization of urban road management, the development of road transport infrastructure and innovative technologies of the road industry in the field of digitalization.
In addition, representatives of the Moscow authorities will take part in events on the topic of smart cities, which will be held in Minsk and Moscow.
