Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security Synchronizes Views of the World – Tishchenko

The significance of the IV Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, held on November 3-4, cannot be overestimated. This was stated on the air of the program “PRO ARMY” on the YouTube channel “SBTV” by national security expert Alexander Tishchenko, writes sb.by.

He emphasized the quantitative and qualitative composition of the participants, noting that the importance of the forum is growing:

- The Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security allows synchronizing views on the situation in the world, not only at the expert and diplomatic levels, but also at the level of major international organizations (SCO, CSTO, CIS) and heads of Eurasian states. It is obvious that the conference has become in demand in the world community, it is appreciated, it attracts the best security specialists who can express different opinions.

Speaking about the speech of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko at the conference, the national security expert drew attention to the position of Minsk regarding the American leader:

- Indeed, Donald Trump is essentially keeping the world out of World War III, one of the defining deterrents. Thanks to him, the planet did not slid into escalation. The largest nuclear powers are Russia and the United States, followed by China. The rest of the nuclear weapons possessors have far fewer warheads than those states. But to become a kind of trigger for a nuclear conflict, for example, Britain or France can. Why the Europeans do not take this step, I think, understandable. They are not sure that in the event of a major war, the United States will fight for them to the last American. So the unpredictability of the American leader is actually very effective.

Alexander Tishchenko also expressed the opinion of the Belarusian head of state that the war in Ukraine will be over in the coming months:

I think that the visit of the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Feridun Sinirlioglu to Minsk indirectly indicates that the EU is ready to find common ground and end the conflict. Reserves, opportunities and resources have run out. Most likely, the OSCE Secretary General brought a vision of Europe to Minsk. The world is sick, but remission is possible. The Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security is a consultation that makes a diagnosis, and the Eurasian Charter for Diversity and Multipolarity in the XXI Century, proposed by the Belarusian side, is an epicrysis or treatment protocol. Multipolarity is emerging.
