A large Abakan woman did not receive child support because of a non-working company

Prosecutors helped a mother of many children from Abakan receive a monthly allowance to care for her third child. The baby was born in February 2024.

The woman worked in OOO "Agroindustrial company "Mavr", but after the birth of the child, the due payments did not receive. The main reason was that the company did not provide the necessary information to the regional branch of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation.

To protect the rights of a mother with many children, the prosecutor of Abakan through the court demanded from the authorized body to accrue the allowance, because it could not be obtained from the funds of the employer. The company has not conducted financial and economic activities for a long time.

The court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority. By the decision of the court, the woman received the due benefits.
