Many parents in the Tver region are supported in finding work

In the Tver region, parents with many children are helped to find work with a convenient regime and comfortable conditions in order to maintain a stable income and devote more time to the upbringing of children, the regional government reports.

Employment assistance is implemented in two main areas: support for job seekers in choosing a profession with a view to vacancies near the house and support for employers who equip places for workers with three or more children. Employers are compensated up to 100 thousand rubles for equipping one workplace, since the beginning of the year in the region have equipped five such places.

In the Tver region, much attention is paid to supporting large families at all levels, the Tver region is the leader of the Central Federal District in the proportion of large families: every fourth child in the Upper Volga region grows up in such a family. Demographic issues were discussed at the recent direct line of Governor Vitaly Korolev, where the development of the demographic package of the region was announced and the proposal to establish a Day of Large Family in the Tver region was supported.
