Large Tambov citizen paid off a large debt on alimony after the ban on departure

In the Leninsky district office of bailiffs Tambov completed enforcement proceedings against a 46-year-old local resident, who is obliged to maintain three minor children. The man for a long time evaded payments, as a result of which the amount of his debt reached 320 thousand rubles.

To induce the debtor to perform obligations, the bailiff applied a set of restrictive measures to him. In particular, the Tambov citizen was temporarily banned from leaving the borders of the Russian Federation, and his bank accounts were seized.

These actions were effective: after the restrictions, the man fully repaid the debt to the children, and also transferred the performance fee. Thus, the rights of minors were restored, and the proceedings were completed with actual execution.
