Expectations differ between men and women. Among men, 65% expect an increase in earnings, among women - 59%.

Education matters, too. Of the respondents with higher education, 64% are waiting for an increase, among graduates of colleges and technical schools - 60%.

An interesting picture depends on current earnings. The most confident on the revision of the salary count Chelyabinsk with an income of 100 to 150 thousand rubles per month. In this group, 68% of employers expect a positive decision.

Among those who receive less than 100 thousand rubles, the share of those expecting an increase is 57%. Workers with a salary of 150 thousand rubles – 61%.

The SuperJob study involved economically active residents of Chelyabinsk who have a permanent job. We are talking about the expectations of employees, not about plans announced by employers to increase wages.
