Officers arrived to serve in the aviation units of the association, so that they were taught to educate subordinates, as well as improve their professional level.
Young lieutenants will master the specifics of service in aviation units, study the features of the operation of aviation equipment and the organization of daily activities in the Arctic. They conduct theoretical and practical classes in tactical, special, engineering, fire and physical training.
Officers also undergo professional psychological testing and pass tests. Mentors are experienced officers, including combatants. Upon completion of the training, each young officer will be assessed and given recommendations to the command.
